Your role as a Technical Application Engineer at ITQ

As a Technical Application Manager at ITQ, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced applications and systems for our clients, particularly in the healthcare sector. You will work closely with various teams, including Platform Engineers and Consultants, to ensure our solutions seamlessly align with customer needs. Your tasks will include:

• Virtualizing customer applications, implementing and maintaining datacenter applications, and integrating SaaS applications (SSO).
• During transitions, you will co-responsible for developing a migration strategy for applications.
• Implementing and configuring applications within various IT environments.
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring reliability.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customer applications (in collaboration with application vendors).
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and solution-oriented professional with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction. The ideal application Engineer has:

• At least three years of relevant work experience. Experience with (healthcare) application maintenance/implementation is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills that you can use in a service-oriented and customer-friendly manner.
• You are a passionate Application Manager, take ownership, and are willing to further develop your technical knowledge.
