Summer holidays are just around the corner! A moment of rest, cosiness and reflection. Also a good time to reflect on whether you are ready for a new challenge. Because if so, think of us! After this period, we hope to have found a new HR colleague to join our HR team.

Early this year, we acquired CAM IT Solutions and are now in the middle of the process of integrating this team into one joint Managed Services Team (MSP) within ITQ. A team of around 60 colleagues, most of them working from our location in Houten, who are eager to build with you on the further success of MSP.


You will be the HR point of contact for MSP and perhaps a second business unit in the Netherlands or Germany (working in English), where you will be responsible for the entire HR process from A to Z. You will independently discuss and handle matters relating to the inflow, throughflow and outflow and take the resulting actions. This includes talks on employment conditions, health & safety policy, advising employees and management and making sure everything is administratively in order for your BU(s). Furthermore, you support the mobility and recruitment process, for instance by providing support in ordering new lease cars and working together with the internal recruiter to recruit new ITQ colleagues. You are the sparring partner for management and help with advice, fitting into our culture, to further develop the business unit(s).


Most MSP employees work from our location in Houten, but also from location Beverwijk. You also work closely with your other HR colleagues, working from locations Beverwijk and Leuven (Belgium), to take our central HR policy to the next level. We do this for all ITQ locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and France. Think about strengthening our onboarding, vitality policy and continuous dialogue. Job requirements

What are we looking for in you?

  • Dutch and English speaking and writing.
  • HR advisory background, with a solid administrative base and several years of experience in advising management.
  • This position is for minimum 32 and maximum 40 hours per week (in consultation).
  • You are flexible in your work location, also regularly working from home if you like, and willing to travel regularly to different locations of ITQ (abroad will be limited).
  • Good verbal and written skills. You will join an informal working atmosphere but enjoy making contacts and relationship.
  • Be able to work independently and regularly remotely, keeping in touch with the team and also enjoy being part of an inspiring and sociable team.
  • You are energised by a dynamic and growing organisation, you enjoy working in a rapidly changing work environment.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, where your opinions are heard and you can put your insights into practice.
  • You are interested in (HR) legislation and like to keep this knowledge up to date.
